Managing your project in EFP Allocations
Once your proposal is approved and your project appears in EFP Allocations, you can log in to manage your allocation.
First login: Accept platform terms of service
Upon your first login to EFP Allocations, you will be prompted to review and accept the platform Terms of Service. You must accept these terms before you can access any other features.
Viewing your project
Access your project dashboard to see allocation details, assigned resources and usage summary.
Click on Projects in the left-side menu, and then you will see the list of all projects connected to you.
To open the project dashboard, click on the project name. There, you can monitor aggregated usage information across all resources in this project, manage the project team, and view logs.
Inviting team members
Add collaborators to your project by inviting them via email. Assign appropriate roles to control access levels.
To invite a new project member, open the project dashboard and in the Team section, click on the "+" icon. This will open the invitation pop-up. Fill in the user's email and select the correct role.
Note: Each invited team member will also need to accept the platform Terms of Service upon their first login, as well as the relevant service provider Terms of Service, before accessing specific resources.
Accepting service provider terms of service
Each service provider (HPC site) has its own Terms of Service. Before accessing resources at a specific site, you must review and accept that provider's ToS. Once you're added to a project that requires ToS acceptance, you will receive a notification.
Viewing resource allocations
See your allocated node-hours or GPU hours and track consumption. Open the project dashboard and select the Resources tab. This opens the list of all resources in the current project. Click on the resource name to open the resource dashboard.
On the resource dashboard, you can view resource-specific access instructions and monthly usage information, which can be exported in formats such as CSV, XLSX, and PDF.
