EFP Workflows

The EFP Workflows component is based on the LEXIS Platform. The following features are provided:

  • Easy to use web interface with common EFP AAI login
  • Workflows across multiple HPC clusters
  • Automatic data staging
  • Declarative workflow definition
  • Access to HPC job logs
  • Data transfers between locations
  • Easy data upload/download to clusters

Visit https://workflows.my-eurohpc.eu to access the EFP Workflows web interface.

The workflows are executed across various HPC systems with the help of the HEAppE middleware providing unified job management API across HPC locations.
